These people that have or will participate in cyber bully can spread mean rumors and embarrassing pictures in the speed of light, and can't stop them from e-mailing it, texting it, or instant messaging it to anyone these rumors, embarrassing photos, and threats. It is a lot easier for the cyber bullies to use screen names or e-mail addresses.

There two ways that they can cyber bully: 1) direct attack, 2) cyber bully proxy. Direct attacks include IM, text message, stealing someone else’s password, talking mean stuff about someone on a blog, making a website with mean stuff on it, sending pictures without permission through e-mail and cell phones, making a poll on the internet of someone with horrible choices, impersonating someone on the internet and doing bad stuff under that person’s name, etc.
